WORKSHOP THREE - THE RAINBOW DIET INTRODUCTORY OFFER ONLY £45 FOR A FULL DAY WORKSHOP (NORMALLY £65) This is NOT a Diet Programme but a UNIQUE way of looking at the nutritional and medicinal value of food combined with knowledge of the impact colour has on your physical and emotional wellbeing. There will be a variety of food/drink throughout the day for you to sample and light refreshments will be provided for break but it is recommended you bring a light lunch with you. DATE: Monday, 31st March 2014 (venue tbc) TIME; 10 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. (1/2 hour lunch break) hot and cold drinks available from 9.30 a.m. giving you time to relax and meet other learners beforehand. An Evening/Sat daytime session can be arranged if there is enough demand, but price may vary depending on venue. You will need to pay a £10 non returnable deposit with £35 balance being paid on or before Tuesday, 3rd March to secure your place (ALL monies will be returned in full if the course is cancelled).
