You have told us that the unauthorized copying and sale by others is an issue faced by you. Based on your feedback, we have developed a new automated process to detect potential similarities in mesh and animation assets. Since the process involves complex 3D products, it is prone to some errors and false positives. As such, we will not take any automatic action on these products and/or creators. We can not assume - and neither should you - that detection of similarity indicates unauthorized copying of your work. Texture similarities and any products that are correctly derived (including Zero Change Derives) are not included in these new reports. If you would like to opt into this process to know if a new product has meshes very similar to a product you have submitted in the past then please visit this link to get more details. We had introduced this process to Tier 7 Creators and are now opening it to Tier 5 and 6 Creators like you. We also recognize that the new process may lead to an increase in DMCA reports and want to ensure we are adequately staffed to handle them. We do plan to roll the feature out to more Creators soon.
