WOW, the future looks amazing with Jesus. I am so grateful to TC for opening their doors to me a few years ago, and helping me get my heart right with God. From a 12 year old child in 1975 I have been telling God to leave me alone, because He had the wrong guy, I was running, (long difficult years followed out of His will, addictions, depression etc) When God calls us we cannot hope to comprehend how it will all come together how we will be able to live up to His call. I always felt inadequate the thought was too scary to me. But TC taught me that Gods calling on our life has no relevance to what we think of ourselves, what mistakes weve made, or what others think of us. God can use us regardless of who we are, not because of who we are. Thank you Teen Challenge for teaching me this. With my confidence in God secured now at 51, I am delighted to share with you what it was that God put on my heart all those years ago and has continued to expand upon all my life. Please enjoy reading Gods word in my life, and how He will always justify those He has called out of the darkness for His Glory, but we must wait upon Him. Even if it takes near on 40 years. Wouldnt it be something, if our God answered the prayers of the whole global church at this time, and rained down a supernatural spiritual power on us all together now, so we could take the love of Jesus to this hurting world the way we want to? Ive been hearing this prayer from all over the Body of Christ since I was a child. To quote our brother Nicky Cruz What if the body of Christ as a whole could come together in unity, put away our differences of opinions and our social and doctrinal disputes, and focus on the one specific goal - to reach the lost? What if our God has answered our prayers in this age, now? Would we be surprised ? Is it too much to ask of our our Father and sovereign God? I believe this is a revelation and exactly what we need and have been praying for. But please pray first to be able to receive it into your spirit, because dont forget we fight not flesh and blood, but spirits of darkness that will defend this truth staunchly. The last thing satan wants is for us all to rise as one and reach this hurting world. So please meditate and consider this carefully; The power available to us together, in our spiritual unity, (which must be vast) is only unlocked when we receive it in faith. (exactly the same as in our own spiritual salvation) As the born again body of Christ, we dont need ecumenism to rise together as one. Nor do we need any man made agreements, alliances or unity. All we need, is to remember the truth..WE ARE ONE in Christ. If we allow our enemy to deceive us into working for either one, in both cases, we lose all our available spiritual power! (which has been the case, regarding our unity to date) However if we believe the truth by faith that we are one in Christ, the proof will follow, along with spiritual power that no heart or mind could imagine, yet it is ours already, and rightfully ours as the children of God. Remember before we received Christ, what a mountain it looked to us to work for our salvation and to please God. Then the light came on, and we got the revelation and joy that Jesus had already done ALL of the work for us, and there was nothing for us to do. IT IS EXACTLY THE SAME WITH OUR UNITY IN CHRIST. Jesus is sovereign and glorious beyond words, and His name is above all names. To know Jesus, and yet give credence and any power to these lies of division, is folly, and we with the Holy Spirit will prove it in our generation for the world to see. Jesus prophesied it very clearly just before He gave Himself for us! Jn 17:21 Father that they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. We are prideful to imagine that Jesus, our sovereign king, needs our efforts at unity to fulfill His prophesy. We are ONE in Him, because of Him, whether we receive it or not. !!! GODS POWER AND BLESSING FOR THE BODY AS A WHOLE HAS BEEN DELIVERED, IT IS RIGHTFULLY OURS NOW AND NOTHING CAN TAKE FROM US. Consider this brothers and sisters, we have been taught and we have learned that our testimonies are so very important, it is these that the world is looking at. Yet who of us can ague that the most obvious and prominent testimony of all is our global unity and division as a whole? It didnt happen by chance that we find ourselves on the battlefield without our best weapon. ITS OUR TIME NOW to call satans bluff, his lies have no power.
