(WRCB) - A Flood Warning continues this morning for the Tennessee - TopicsExpress

(WRCB) - A Flood Warning continues this morning for the Tennessee River (the measurement is taken near the Aquarium), and South Chickamauga Creek. The humidity levels are very high and the sunshine along with some lift from the mountains will cause scattered showers and storms tonight. A cold front will approach for Wednesday and that will also induce a few more storms to pop during the day. This will continue into Wednesday night and Thursday. Some of the rainfall amounts will be heavy but the storms themselves will not last all day like the pattern last week and past weekend. Friday and Saturday will pretty dry, while an isolated storm could pop up on Sunday. Next week we will start off hot and humid with isolated storms occurring during the afternoon and evening hours. Tropical storm Chantal is heading for the Caribbean and will pose a threat to the lesser Antilles and later the Dominican Republic and Haiti. By this weekend it may be over the Bahamas. As of now it will not enter the Gulf of Mexico, but will come pretty close to South Florida. Stay tuned! Download the WRCB weather app for the interactive radar. - Paul Barys For Wednesday: 8am...
