(WRCB) - Good Saturday! Temperatures this weekend will be warmer than Fridays and rain chances increase. Today starts foggy and misty for many of us. Then skies stay mostly cloudy through the day with perhaps a few sprinkles. A little bit of sun is possible but clouds will outnumber peeks of sunshine. Look for highs of 60-65. As more moisture surges our way spotty showers may develop late tonight with overcast skies. Lows stay mild in the 50s. Have rain gear with you Sunday as occasional showers pass through the Tennessee Valley. As the atmosphere becomes more unstable some storms may pop up during the afternoon and early evening. The Storm Prediction Center has placed our area under the Slight Risk zone for severe storms during this time frame. This means a few neighborhoods may receive damaging winds/hail but any severe weather should not be widespread. Well monitor this very closely! Highs Sunday reach to around 70 before any storms settle in. Skies will be clearing on Monday with mild temperatures in the mid to upper 60s. Cooler, dry air will move in for the rest of the work week. Highs Tuesday-Friday range from the middle 50s to lower 60s.
