(WRCB) - Our weather remains warm and dry for a couple more days before some changes come. High pressure keeps weather quiet in the Tennessee Valley today and Saturday. Look for some occasional clouds and warmer-than-normal temperatures. Highs reach the middle to upper 80s while lows fall to the lower and middle 60s. Rain stays away for Friday night football! Things begin to change Sunday. Clouds will be increasing as Tropical Storm Karen moves northward out of the Gulf of Mexico and a cold front approaches from the northwest. Timing of the rainfall and how much rain we get depends on the exact track of Karen. If it tracks south and east of us, as it probably will, rain will develop during the afternoon and remain steady through the night. Most of the windy, stormy weather will then stay to our south. Any showers should will be ending for most of us Monday morning. Then cooler, drier air moves in for the rest of the week. There still is a chance we could see the storm move right over us. If that happens we will much more rain and some gusty winds. Stay tuned! Download the WRCB weather app for the latest forecast. - Nick Austin For Friday: 8am... Fair/Patchy Fog, 64 Noon...
