WSOCTV, here is a story you might be interested in. The storm drain system on my street was improperly constructed or has suffered some damage that has undercut the street and the driveways of my own house and my neighbors. We now have exposed gas lines and if this continues, the street will collapse, possibly injuring someone. We are also concerned about sewer problems that may occur. Here are pictures I took. The hole is at least 3 feet deep in places and extends to the center of our street as well as down the street. https://onedrive.live/?cid=4ed9913299a8cd7e&id=4ED9913299A8CD7E%2148460&ithint=folder,jpg&authkey=!AO-iJjSPPqUU5o0 This street is owned and maintained by the developer of the subdivision, Randy Humphrey, who has refused to fix it. This is the same Randy Humphrey that owns the NASCAR Sprint Cup team Randy Humphrey Racing. We have also contacted Eastwood Homes, who have referred us back to Randy Humphrey. Despite the fact that Eastwood is still trying to sell homes in this neighborhood, they have no interest in pushing the developer with whom they worked to fix this issue.
