Max. winds/gust of 120/150 kph. 4cast 2 muv W @ 24 kph. GLENDA is xpectd 2 make landfall ovr Albay-Sorsogon area this afternoon then cross Albay 2wards Southern Luzon. It is xpectd to be in the vicinity of NCR by tomorrow morning & wll exit d landmass via Zambales area by afternun. By Thu morning, it wll be @ 300 km W of Sinait, Ilocos Sur & by Fri. morning, it is xpectd 2 be in d vicinity of Sthrn China. Signal#3 (101 -185 kph) Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Masbate inc. Burias and Ticao Islands, Southern Quezon, Marinduque, Northern Samar, northrn part of Samar & eastern Samar Signal#2 (61-100 kph) Rest of Quezon incl.
