Wage comparison chart. Sadly the Bulgarian Government does not seem to have improved the lot of the average Bulgarian Worker. They are not seeming to be inviting foreign investment into Bulgaria via its policies nor from personal experience are they truly promoting Tourism. Bansko town has a web site, the Premier Ski resort of Bulgaria and they do not employ one person even on a part time basis to translate the town web site or to advertise whats going on in the town to attract visitors to spend their money in the town of Bansko. English is the most common 2nd language of most of Bulgarias Tourists. Not even one person, not even on a part time basis!! International Film festival with Foreign guests. Info ALL in BULGARIAN, very useful for the people running the festival, they can follow the program however for the guests or tourists?!!. However we do have no parking every where and fees on odd streets so they can collect 1 Leva an hour!! Now we know the level we are on! Bless them. Clearly a far reaching mind is in charge :) ULEN is in control of one of the countries assets and they can open and close when THEY want to? They can CHARGE what THEY want to, do they not have a contract with the people of Bulgaria to supply a product to the people of Bulgaria and the Tourists to Bulgaria at a fair price for a fixed period? Are the government really that inept. We have new signs in Bansko :) Museums this way, really?! can you find them?? Surely being a Tourist town they have made a map / a Tourist WALK GUIDE in a few languages so people can walk around Bansko finding these historic places whilst soaking up the History and spending a few $$. Again No? Come on WAKE UP!!! You have had enough years to sort things out, Romania is pulling ahead and please not again the 500 yrs thing............... their were others in the Ottoman Empire you know who are FAR ahead now...
