Waheshimiwa should be wary on how CDF funds for education is disbursed in their constituencies. The funds have been rested in the hands of callous individuals who does not take into account meritocracy while disbursing the funds. Students who deserve it have never been give while others who have allegiance to CDF disbursement commitee members have been given not once, not twice but many times.Partiality and skewed allocation of CDF is apparently evident within disbursement organs. Its sad to note that the CDF management team at the locational and sub-locational level consists of people whose objective is to mismanage the funds at the detriment of the current constituency leaders so as to create a rift between the leadeeship and the electorate. Unless urgent corrective measures are put in place to stem inherent favoritism, the image of contituency leadeeship would suffer and get tainted.
