Waids is not closing. Whatever decision the court will take, it will come in july. Then, I can appeal that decision if it goes against me. Most likely, it will be. This appeal may last for another 60 days to process. Meanwhile, lots of pressure will be applied to the city and liquor board to change their decision. They will be bombarded by emails, letters and phone calls from all my friends and from Al sharpton and Obama himself. Downtown Seattle will see another WTO type protest with 100s of thousands of people demanding for Waids to keep its liquor license. The city will be left with no choice but to concede. Voila! ;)
