Waking up in Austin, Texas this morning as Pam and I continue to celebrate this milestone in our lives. Amanda, Josh, and Amy have provided this special weekend for us. We just have the most thoughtful children around and they are so fun. I woke up on this day 40........wow! 40 years ago in Abilene, Texas. It was our wedding day! It was so exciting and still remains as the top day I will never forget and I have had more than my share of great days. It marked the beginning of a journey that has been such a joyous adventure filled with life events and challenges we have met and through it all has been the constant companionship and love I hold for my best friend. I love her with all my being and praise God for this daily blessing he has allowed. Thank you Pam! You are amazing! It goes fast folks.....milk each day and I look at this treasure daily and marvel at the strength, wisdom and love she is to my life. Happy 40th Anniversary Pamela Tate Montgomery! This all began at FBC Abilene surrounded by family and friends 12-20-1974.
