Walking: 1. Walk as fast as you can while swinging both hands freely forward and backwards. 2. Keep your posture straight (not stiff) , 3. Keep your mouth closed and breathing only through your nose. 4. Observe that you are not thumping your steps. Lift your feet and place it gently in the front each time walking gracefully. 5. When you get tired, slow down your steps gradually to comfortable speed for some time until you are ready to walk fast again. 6. Continue altering fast and slow pace as needed. Gradually by practice every day for a month for 20 minutes continuously. 7. When the duration of fast walking has improved to such an extent that you are able to continuously for over 10 minutes, you should progress to slow running.
