Walking out on stage for our last show today, I saw a man sitting in the audience that looked just like my Dad. For those of you that knew Michael J, you will understand how rare that is to see. I watched him the entire show, as he sat and watched our production behind his sunglasses, wearing a Polo, and a Members Only jacket. He laughed at the jokes, sipped on coffee (at 4 in the afternoon) and kept nudging the lady next to him, all just like my Dad would have. After the show, I ran up to him and apologized for my incessant staring for the last hour and a half. I told him that I lost my Dad a little less than 2 years ago, and how he was in fact the spitting image in almost every way of my Father. He was so nice, and left me with the biggest hug letting me know that it was from my Dad. God seriously works in mysterious ways sometimes. Thanks for the hug Daddy.
