Walking with Gabe is an effort to raise awareness for Preeclampsia. I had a severe case of Preeclampsia that set in my 22nd week of pregnancy. On November 1, 2012 our angel baby was born. Surprising us by being a boy, we searched for a name that would fit this little angel. We named him Gabriel Wayne French. He weighed 1lb and was 9 inches long. His little feet were almost 2 inches long, and are the footprints in our walk logo. This is our second year to hold this event. I am proud to say that in October a friend called, and said that she had learned about preeclampsia through our walk and she was experiencing the symptoms. Through her knowledge she helped get her baby girl here safe. Also, after experiencing preeclampsia again myself, we brought our son Max into the world on Nov. 8th 2013. He was born at 29 weeks weighing 2lbs 10 oz. He spent 8 weeks in the NICU, but is now at home doing great! He now weighs just over 10lbs. This year the walk will be in memory of Gabe, but also in honor of our son Max, and the daughter of Chandler and Krystal Stone, Hayden. Please come out on May 17th at the walking track on 10th street, and meet these miracle babies! See you at 11 AM! Thank you for supporting this cause. If we can save the life of one baby from this disease it is well worth it! Graham & Brittney French P.O. Box 51 Stuttgart, AR 72160 870-659-5655
