Walters update..... His lump on his leg doesnt seem to be healing very well, still ulcerated and weeping, even after a months worth of antibiotics... Further research has lead me to the Cleos Diet which is a diet aimed specifically at MCTs.... I am under no illusion that this can be cured, but the results seem to be good for slowing it down or even halting it..... Reading up about it all, I was already half way there, so with a few changes I am hoping this will help his lordship. The problem I am faced, Walter in himself is happy and seems healthy, but he has started to limp on his front leg, his back legs are not that strong, but given his age and the fact he had a two operations on his hind leg last year, we can expect that, so my worry is, his legs give out before his body..... With help we bandaged it up with Manuka Honey, oh yes the bandage lasted 3 hours before the monkey took it off! so Colloidal Silver is next both topically and in his water...... I will be making him cottage cheese this weekend along with some Turmeric Golden Paste..... Monday will be a visit to the vets for some Prednisone and Chemist for Benedryl, I have also ordered some Krill Oil.... On another note, the monkey very much enjoyed his birthday, especially the squeaky ball Aunty Helen Bought him, yes he squeaked it all day, even when he did his business!!! Dont get me started on the 2am squeaking... it was taken off him at that point!
