Wanna know something interesting that I have noticed as a designer - ever notice how women these days have that little pouch? They could be fitness models and they still have that small belly bump above your hips below your belly button - you see it on EVERYONE that was born from 1985 and up.......wanna know why.......ITS YOUR PANTS.......wearing low rise, hip hugging pants for YEARS has waist trained your body in that area. where your pants sit is super flat and right above it theres a little (or big) bump I noticed it when I was 16 getting my belly button pierced and I weighed about 100lbs (not including my boobs lol) and I still had one. Now if you look at a woman from the 60s and 70s they dont have that, they all wore their jeans up at their waist and thats a HUGE reason to this day why we covet that era of a womens figure - did they all wear waist cinchers - hell no - but they all wore JEANS!!! True story
