Want a great upper body workout for softball players without a ton of stress on their shoulders??? Add push ups into their routine. Today we did three different varieties combined with a strength or plyometric exercise. Spider-Man push ups are one of my favorite push up varieties. They involve shoulders, chest, back, abs , and really open up the hips.. Try 15 reps combined with 30 jumping ball slams and repeat 4x!!
