Want a quick work out that you get the effects of? Try circuit training! The first day only takes about 10 mins! But it pushes you! Heres how you do it: 2 Min Warm Up- any stretches Then each of these work outs are done for 20 seconds at a steady pace of your choice- if you are more in shape then push! Then between each exercise is a 6second rest to get into position (not just standing around)- Speed Skip Squats Push Ups Crunches Repeat. Then a 4 min cool down. (there are more advance and other targeted work outs! Let me know if youd like to hear about them!)
