Want to develop your hamstrings and glutes? Start incorporating different variations of #DEADLIFTS into your leg day. These are #StiffLegDeadLifts or also known as #StraightLegDeadlifts I still squat lightly but place most of my emphasis now on strengthening and developing my posterior chain. Most Individuals focus on quads and often have weak glutes and hamstrings, which can result In injuries (especially ACL TEARS).
