Want to do your bit to stop the suffering caused by puppy farming.... heres something we can all do (Pass it on!): ** URGENT ACTION REQUIRED NOW! *** In reply to a question from Assembly Member William Powell on Tuesday concerning the hugely delayed new Welsh dog breeding regulations, the Welsh Government were prepared to say that they would provide information about the regulations before the Summer recess. So still NO commitment to debating the urgently needed regulations and still NO commitment to implementing them - just a vague promise, and based on the previous record of the Welsh Government this is not guaranteed. WELL, THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH! National Assembly Plenary - senedd.tv/archiveplayer.jsf?v=en_100000_29_04_2014&t=3442&l=en Why is it that the Welsh Government has such disregard for the welfare of dogs despite all the evidence showing the horrors that are occurring in puppy farms across Wales? Why is it that the Welsh Government and Alun Davies, Minister for Natural Resources and Food in particular, feel that they can treat Welsh citizens and those in other parts of the UK who are hugely affected by Welsh puppy farming with such contempt? When are you going to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH? How about now? Write to your Assembly Member and to Alun Davies A.M. immediately, demanding that these Regulations are placed before the Assembly without further delay.
