Want to improve your running, agility, throwing, lifting, stability? Here is an exercise that will condition your POSTERIOR OBLIQUE SLING. This system of integrated musculature is one that is not commonly trained, even though it is likely the biggest contributor to powerful movement with the body. These videos are time consuming and require a lot of work to get done, if you guys could help out with a like or a share, it would be greatly appreciated.
