Want to join our 8 week Health & Fitness challenge? Heres how it works... Each week between January 15, 2014 and March 15, 2014 (ISL 5k Spring Shuffle), you receive an email with a weekly challenge. The idea behind the challenge is Small Steps to a healthier you. Our Challenge Contributors are different each week, keeping the ideas and suggestions new and fresh! The commitment is with yourself only. We simply share a challenge to try. How do I sign up? 1) You email [email protected] and say sign me up for the challenge 2) You will be added to our 8 week challenge email list 3) You will receive only 1 email per week each Sunday (from 1/19/14 - 3/9/14) with your Health & Fitness Challenge for the week. Our 8 week Health & Fitness challenge will count down to March 15, 2014 and end the Sunday before our ISL 5k Spring Shuffle. Join the fun! To Register for the Shuffle, see Registration Form attached.
