Want to see a muscle up in slow motion. Heres the first slow motion video analysis with some comments from Wes. Generally I was happy with my kip to start with. I kept my arms long in the initial phase however, just prior to the transition to above the rings I feel my arms bent to early not allowing me to use all the power Id created from my hips. I would like to see myself pull the rings towards my hips more, ie. long arms for longer, allowing my hip drive to get me there. Then have a more violent closing of my hips to pop myself through the rings into the bottom of the dip. https://youtube/watch?v=Gao43m4Iazg
