Want to see the ONE scripture in the Word that throws me for a loop every single time I ponder it? Jesus said we would do greater things than He did........I find that really difficult to wrap my mind around, because I believe Him....but if I believe Him then I have to think we can do something greater than He did. Thats a brain twister right there!! Whoa!! My brain isnt wired to think we could do anything greater than He did....but I believe what He says so I have to think it through. John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. WHO could possibly ever do greater things than He did?? Sounds impossible to me.....but I believe Him if He says so. Then He put a thought into my mind......about how weve reached more people in the world with the gospel on the airwaves than our Jesus was able to personally reach while He was here.....:) There wasnt a worldwide communications network for Him to do that. He started out with 12 guys who believed Him, and He changed the world....:) But isnt that amazing? I betcha that is what He was referring to.....:) Modern technology has made it real easy to share the gospel with the whole world at the same time....:)
