Want to understand why cops fail to win the respect of the citizens of their communities? This picture tells it all. Its because of this cowardly tribal thin blue line mentality as shown by these cops all turning their backs on Mayor Bill de Blasio. The Mayors family is of mixed ethnicity and therefore he is in a unique position of understanding discrimination and how to cope with it. Sadly these cops have shown complete disregard to understanding and developing any sensitivity by their actions. They have become an unthinking, unquestioning blob of conformity and uniformity. A mindless herd. The only way to change this is through strong, wise leadership that can crack these heads. Any other suggestions?
