Wanted : INTERNAL CONTROLS/BACK OFFICE SPECIALIST Position available in Zambia The Back Office/Internal Controls Specialist should posses the following qualifications: FORMAL EDUCATION/TRAINING • A professional Accounting qualification (ACCA, CA, CIMA etc) or Degree in Accounting. FURTHER TRAINING • Professional investment qualification/MBA. JOB SKILLS • Back office experience in asset management or Treasury function; • Experience in setting up systems and developing procedures and process flows; • Knowledge of the investment markets and operational treasury; • Investment management experience; • Knowledge of money markets, property markets, equity and capital markets; and • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
