Wanted to post an email from one of our new agents Bea after she attended this months Call Night: Thank you Exit Realty Vistas for all your help tonight as well as the last 6 weeks! Tonight, I listened in on the awesome phone calls and suggestions from veteran agents, Diane, Illona, Jorge, and Melissa. I have a couple of good scripts and ideas that I got from all of the above mentioned agents and most likely from a few others that I have failed to mention specifically (Jule, Jana) Thank you so much for all the extra help, advice, and encouragement that I have received from so many of the Exit agents the last 6 weeks. This is the main reason I chose Exit Realty Vistas over several other larger firms. I have actually mastered zipforms as well as Dotloop. I can narrate the Working with Real Estate agents disclosure fairly concisely and with confidence to my buyers and sellers. Colleen, Jennifer, Lisa and Wanda Marie have never minded answering my trivial questions about scanning, InnoVia or Dotloop or Zipforms Thank you Jennifer, for never minding to take 10-30 minutes out of your busy schedule to help me deal with tricky technology that has surpassed my limited 20th century knowledge or to answer after hours calls from my Boomtown leads. I also want to say a special thank you to Susan who helped me write 4 Offers to Purchase the first 2 weeks after I received my pocket card when I realized that I did not really know the first thing about contracts even though I had managed to pass my class and state/national test. This help came entirely while she was at the beach with her daughter for rest and relaxation. Thank you Jennifer for being patient with my stupid technology questions and helping me limp through my first Dotloop upload for signatures. Thank you, Jorge, for helping me with my very first Due Diligence Repair request on Labor Day weekend. Thank you Wanda Marie for always being supportive no matter what silly MLS question I asked, and for letting me borrow her kleenex tissues from her well equipped desk. Thank you, Phil, for always allowing me to pick your brain for ideas about Craigslist, Boomtown, and marketing! Thanks Marie, for taking time out of your very busy schedule to share candid information on the real estate business to all of the Peak Producer students! Thank you, Teckla for the Michigan buyer referrals. Thank you new agents for the brainstorming and candid discussions on real estate. Lastly, thank you Marti, for keeping me on task and always making me feel like I am moving toward being a great real estate agent! I so appreciate all of the team at Exit Realty Vistas!
