Wanted to start the first day of the new year strong with a strength training session. After performing some explosive work I went into some basic strength moves. Sumo deadlift, worked up to a heavy set of 2 reps for the day which was around 90% of 1rm,180kg/396lbs. Followed by some single leg barbell front loaded step ups paired with a landmine single arm press.
