Wanted to take a moment to talk about brands. Yes, its true, I do mention various brands that I find and/or like. I do this because I know it can be overwhelming with whats out there, and these are ones I personally like and have scrutinized the label. The worst thing is spending a bunch of money on something that doesnt taste good (among other things). Thats why I like to share my finds with all of you, most of which Ive bought myself. Just so you know, Im never paid by any of these companies to promote them. If I was, you would know as it would say a Sponsored By message. I am, though, occasionally sent samples of products to use. A few companies keep me well stocked, and honestly without these guys, I wouldnt be bringing as many new recipes to you, as recipe testing is expensive, as it usually doesnt turn out out on the first try. Having said that, NuNaturals has been a huge supporter of BBH over the years, as well as Whey Gourmet and Krisda. I would use these brands regardless, as they simply taste the best of what Ive tried. Just thought it was worth a mention as Id never sell out and talk about brands I dont believe in for the $$. Never have, never will. :)
