Warning Syracuse friends... This morning I left for work at 8:18. A few minutes later (like 7 minutes) someone rang our doorbell. Shane was still asleep in bed. They rang it again. Hes a bit slow these days w his knee and all. He got to the door and the person had gone down the stairs and to the drivers side of their car. He didnt get in, instead he went around the side of our house and down the driveway and was going to come through the backyard gate. When Shane opened up the back door the kid took off running back to his car. Shane couldnt chase him. He jumped in the car and sped off going East. No plates on the front of the car. It was a silver Grand Am late 90s to early 2000s model. The kid had a white watch. Shane said he seen his face but didnt recognize him. There was a passenger w blonde hair. Im pretty sure this person seen me leave and rang the door bell to make sure nobody was home. PLEASE keep your eyes open, your doors locked and DO NOT answer if you dont know who they are. He filed a police report. They immediately drove around East of our house after receiving his 911 call. They didnt see a car matching the description.
