Warning...long gushy status alert! Genuinely feeling overwhelmed by the support coming after last nights show. Amazed at how good the draw was considering all of the superb events happening both last night and all this weekend, just shows that if you build a strong product with strong storytelling that people will come back month upon month. I have never received so many messages, tweets and comments about how much people enjoyed themselves and some of the true shock factors last night. Chris Brookes, Laura Thornton and Rough House Stevie Mitchell all did themselves proud on their debuts and you can expect to see a lot more from them within House Of Pain : Evolution - HOPE. Georgy has come on as a ring announcer so much over the past 6 months and the confidence she now has is a joy to see, more proof that if you give someone a chance to prove themselves that they will show the world what they are capable of. Same can be said of Money Benjamin (Benjamin Michael Thompson) and his commentary, soon Mark Adams will be out of a job ;) Pleased to see so many of the FUTR guys and girls there last night as well, its nice to see that these guys are committed to the cause and looking forward to their own upcoming challenges. There wasnt a single bad moment of the show for me last night or bad performance but there were 6 guys that as usual, no matter how good everyone else was, come away smelling of roses having gone above and beyond the realms of duty... Ashton Trent Smith, Joe Buckton, Martin Kirby, Kris Travis, Lee Heron and Ryan Smile, genuinely couldnt pick a match of the night from the 6 of you and the crowd reactions said it all, as always THANK YOU for everything you do. One more person that deserves special mention (well 3, as it took 3 people to make the angle as brilliant as it was, so thank you Chris Brookes and Nathaniel Northern) and that is Steffanie Newell.... it is often easy to forget how young this lady is and how little time that she has actually been wrestling but not only did she draw a packed room of people into her character last night, she genuinely left fans open mouthed with surprise due to her actions.... I have never heard any lady get the kind of reactions she managed to pull from the crowd last night and for anyone wanting to see exactly what I am talking about...there will be pictures on the HOPE page within the next few days to show you. And.......rest.......
