(Warning, long status ahead! :P But im sure it will benefit u greatly if u read though it, and give it a try, so pls do :) ) Ok.. So, here are a few secrets of mine that r part of my daily routines. Its just tiny changes in my lifestyle that has made a HUGE difference for me. I call it secrets only bcos its not really sumthing people talk about or share with each other in fear of embarrassment, but wat the heck, who cares? I know that this can and will benefit all of u in one way or another... so why not? Here they are: 1 - ALWAYS drink at-least 2 glasses of water first thing in the morning before any food. Please try this if ur not already doing it. It will get ur metabolism started and ull feel great. Its not good for u to eat before u have eliminated watever is in ur stomach from the day before so this will def get things movin ;) :P 2 - Wen washing ur face, dont forget to wash ur eyeballs :D Yupp, u heard it right. Put sum cold water in ur hand (fold ur hand like a cup), bending forwards over the sink, put the cupped hand with the water on the eye (one eye the time) so that its covered in water, then start slowly blinking and kind of moving ur eyeball looking to the left and the right, up and down... whiles still in the cupped hand with water, so that the water gets all over it. This will not only improve ur eye sight but also make u feel super refreshed and ready for a new day. 3 - Clean ur tongue!! PLEASE!!! There are so many people that wash their teeth and totally forget about the tongue even tho its SUPER important... and no, its not enough just to use ur tooth brush, that will actually just make things worse. Wev got so much bacterial build-up, food debris, fungi, and dead cells on the surface of our tongues (we all got this no matter how clean we eat), and it needs to be cleaned every day. Please dont ignore it. If u dont want to buy a tongue scraper (most pharmacies got them, or health-food stores.. even ebays got them) then just use a small spoon and use that to scrape ur tongue. If ur doing it right, ull notice a yucky slime stuck on ur tongue.. this is all bacteria and needs to be cleaned off. This is great for ur oral health and ull feel a billion times fresher. 4 - Try washing ur teeth with pure salt once in a while. Just put sum salt on ur tooth brush and brush ur teeth with it. Dont swallow the salt, just rinse and spit it out as u would do with ur toothpaste. Its great and will make ur teeth feel super clean. 5 - LADIES ---> look into getting a moon cup. I LOVE my moon cup and its one of my absolute fav things in the WORLD :) Iv used it for like 7 years now. Eat plant foods and eliminate all cruel n toxic products from ur life. This will benefit u on SO many levels i cant even start mentioning them ALL here as this will be the longest status of all time (it kind of already is :P )... the best thing with veganism is that it doesnt only benefit u, but EVERYONE around u. The planet, the animals, fellow humans and more.... the benefits are endless :) Please look into it (google or just ask me :) ) :) Ok, so thats all for now, i have a few more for another time as this status is waaay too long... thank u for reading this far.
