Warning: this post contains a question posed by a pre-PA student ;) PLEASE- tell me what you think was the MOST impressive portion of your application? What made you stick out? I am reapplying this coming cycle, as I received NO interviews or acceptances. Since applying this year (2014), I am awaiting the results from my EMT certification exam, started volunteering as firefighter at my local firehall, become a mentor for an at-risk refuge woman who is experiencing her first pregnancy in the US, enrolled in several courses to raise my science gpa (which is sorely lacking due to screwing up two physics courses early in my undergrad), and am signing up for basic Spanish to assist me in treating multicultural patients. I am NOT by any means, a shoe-in, but I am trying to do literally everything I can do get in this next cycle. Any, and ALL constructive criticism will be readily received. Thanks!
