Warning to all WeekendsWarriors. Trying to pack a weeks worth of sports and exercises into Saturdays and Sundays sets up many weekends warriors for injuries. It doesnt improve fitness at all, maybe youre just trying to show yourself at the parks. None of those are significantly if the weekends workouts are followed by five days sedentary days of workouts. Escapes the weekends syndrome by getting at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activities every day. Playing with the children, working in the garden, taking the stairs instead of riding the elevator or walking your dogs.
