Warsaw Invite update: The boys and girls finished with multiple top places, including Julianna Lauricellas first in the 400 Hurdles and 100 Hurdles, Rebecca Schwans first in the 800 and mile, Emily Friends 2nd in Long Jump, Ciara Harringtons 3rd in the 200, Alanna Driscolls 2nd in the 3000, and Billie Hens 3rd in the Discus and 4th in the shot. In the boys competition, John Woodworth took first in the 400 Hurdles, Sean Wade won the pole vault and 110 Hurdles and took 2nd in the 200, Connor Hayward finished 2nd in the mile, Ryan McQuillen took first in the 100 and High Jump as well as 2nd in the triple jump. The knights also won the 4 x 800 and 4 x 400 with Derek OSullivan and Kieran OHalloran on both teams, Nate Flint and John Woodworth on the 4 x 400 and Connor Hayward and John Lauricella on the 4 x 800.
