Was at Downey shelter pulling a 9 year old Lab yesterday. He was crammed into a small kennel with 2 other dogs. Not even enough room for them to lay down. All 3 of them were covered in feces, because there is just not enough room. This is common in the always overcrowded shelters. There are so many dogs there. So many sweet precious adoptable dogs that are just there waiting to die. Please, if you are looking to add a furry addition to your family, please go to the Downey shelter or any shelter and save a life.
