Was at work sittin in my truck about to leave. Its pouring rain, and I see this lady running, jack n the box n one hand, and a large fountain drink I had seen her earlier, and I knew she had no where to go ( but under a broken fence that was laying in a arch). It was pouring so hard that she couldnt find shelter there. She was all, alone, in the cold, pouring rain. My heart instantly started hurting for her. If I had $$ to put her in a hotel I wouldve. GOD KNOWS. And then I started to think. The last couple of days of stress, doesnt compare to her trials. I felt ashamed. To let the little things change my perspective on continuing down on positive path. Even as I write this post, I wonder if she is alright. But, seeing that woman still fighting, and striving lets me know that I cant give up or give in. #KeepPushing
