Was back today at this job to fix it, when removed the tiles I was shocked at how bad it had been fitted, the twin wall flue was held in with expanded foam that is highly flammable as u can see on other photo, It has melted and the roof timbers are charred, If the roof had caught fire they would not have been insured. It is now fixed with the right flue pipe and proper distances to combustibles. A very happy & lucky customer.
