Was having a chat the other day with the girlies...as you do! Botox, hair extensions, tattoos, eyebrows, lash extensions, teeth whitening, false nails, sun beds...all these things women do to make themselves look more attractive. Oh and of course more and more men are doing the same. I have no clue about the cost of these things. I have my hair dyed to hide my ever increasing greys but thats it! So roughly... * Botox/fillers £150 * Hair extensions £200+ * Nails £20+ every few weeks * Teeth Whitening £10 to £1000 You get the picture! Over the last year Ive had the most amazing comments about how healthy I look...how much younger I look. No Botox, no fillers, no hair extensions, no acrylic nails...etc! Good nutrition, my shakes and magic beans and a bit of exercise. So the next time you say you cant afford to be healthy please take a look at what youre spending on trying to look good...it costs far far less to actually have it for realxxxx
