Jack Kirkpatrick, this might explain what happened that night on the road from San Angelo. kk About 10 years ago, Jack and I were returning home from visiting with his mother. With no warning, a pick-up truck pulled directly in front of us from the right-hand shoulder of the highway while we were traveling at highway speed. They were aiming for the median to make a u-turn. We pulled to the left to try to avoid hitting them, and drove down the median for quite a distance. When we finally came to a stop, we tried to imagine how we had NOT collided with that truck. We both had the sensation that we had driven right through it!!!! The truck was somehow on the other side of the highway driving the other way. We are not drinking people, and were totally sane and sober that night, but to this day, we both feel that we experienced a miracle. Angels? Well, why not?
