Was looking at old pictures, and am happy to see that I have cute pictures from a time of my life I can hardly remember. The first year with the twins was very hard. It was a lot of work. It was the year we went from the average family, with a mom and a dad and two kids to a large family with four kids. Overnight! I do remember things. Like nursing pretty much non stop the first three months. I was so glad when they got big enough to nurse at the same time! I also remember the silly questions. Some of my favorite ones were Are they all yours? NO I BORROW NEIGHBORS KIDS You must have your hands full! YES I DO, AND I WOULD NOT HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY Are they twins? NO, JUSTVERY CLOSE TOGETHER Are they identical? HAVE YOU EVER SEEN IDENTICAL BOY GIRL TWINS. (One older lady said, yes I have. I shook my head sadly and walked away) Better you than me! WITH THAT ATTITUDE I AGREE. As they got older the questions and comments changed, with exception of are they all yours? Even though it was the hardest time of my life.
