Was this ever reported that this guy was a cop? The one thing that keeps South Africa together is the illusion that there’s a safety net in place that will protect the people, in case the nation goes up in smoke, as it did in Zimbabwe and Uganda. The police are the face of that illusion. Can you imagine if people feared they would be raped and killed by the police, while reporting being raped?
