Washing vegetables,looking out my kitchen window thinking about the summer of 1999. Trace was only a few months old and he was such a joy. We camped the entire summer at Indian Creek. Several of us had campers up there that year. We all had such a good time, It was always someone cooking and the kids were, swimming and riding bicycles. Jesse put a thousand miles on that little green bicycle that Blake bought him. Darrell or Carroll Ray would take out their boat and the kids would go tubing. I can still see in my mind Lacey, Jordon & Lil Alvin walking down the road to go nowhere just spend time together. Those 3 were always together. Will never forget Lil Alvin running up to our trailer to get us because Lacey had wrecked her bicycle. She had just had surgery on her knee and they panicked. Lil Alvin came got us and Jordon stayed with Lacey. There are so many gone now that we spent that summer with Daddy, Richie, Jordon, Lil Alvin, David Gillespie, Jon & Cory Bonnette. But we had that summer and Ill cherish it forever
