Washington DC! Mark your calendars! I will be hosting an FN Pop-up event on February 8 & 9 with Balance Gym at the Foggy Bottom location in the Fairmont Hotel. This will also be a collaboration with LetsGetMade, and amazing fitness lifestyle brand who works with many reputable individual in the industry. There will be two group workouts (all fitness levels, so please dont be intimidated, this a learning experience, not necessarily an ass kicking) a day as well as a seminar in the evenings where Ill go over nutrition, meal planning, macros, etc. Everyone attending will receive my book and a training program, as well as samples from my sponsors.
