This resource will be responsible for supporting full lifecycle system development projects for customers in the federal government. They will be responsible for testing solutions for our federal customers. The candidate should also have experience in the full lifecycle from requirements gathering though deployment of software solutions. The individual must be a self starter who can work independently and will also work within a larger team environment. Required: 3 years of requirements gathering and test experience. Ability to create test plans, test cases, create test scripts, create a Requirement Traceability Matrix, track test results and create test reports. Proficient with using test tools to perform various types of testing Proficient with software testing methodologies and techniques, such as front-end functional testing, system integration testing, performance and load testing Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail Excellent communications skills Bachelors Degree Experience working with the Federal Government Experience working with large system implementations
