Finally seeing the light at the end of the deadline tunnel! Early - TopicsExpress

Finally seeing the light at the end of the deadline tunnel! Early in January I turned in the final draft of FREEFALL, sequel to BLUE FIRE. (The cover art is my page picture -- dont you love it?) I managed to cut 20,000 words from this overweight baby. Saturday I have to turn in my 4th Quarry Hall title, DARCY. Last night I finished the rough draft of TALON, the prequel to The Saddle and the Sleuth, a SF romance novella set in the Commonwealth. The goal is to polish it in March and turn it in by April 1 to my publisher, Writers Exchange. Found out about 50,000 words into it that I had enough outline for 2 books! My rough draft goal for Jan/Feb is NOVA VENDETTA, the prequel to another SF romance novella, The Pirate and the Professor. Another Commonwealth Universe story. I hope itll be easier to do a rough draft every 2 months -- I have gobs of deadlines ahead of me this year. And gee, Id like to actually read for pleasure once in a while, and see a movie .... With all this rotten winter weather, Im indoors and writing a lot! I mean, what else is there to do?
