Watch out NJ drivers, Im back on the road!! After almost a year of not having a car, Im happy to report that as of yesterday, Im the proud owner of a 1996 Toyota Camry! And yes, thats an 18 year old car, but the good news is the previous owner barely used it, because it only has a little more than 99,000 miles on it. And it came for a price that fit within the limited budget I had to work with, most importantly of all. The car looks good and is in good shape. It will take some getting used to, as it always does when you get a new car. But it damn sure beats having nothing and having to rely on others to get where you need to go. A very special thank you to my dad Hank Wahlers, mom Marilyn VanDyk, and stepmom Diane Torlucci Wahlers for giving me a helping hand when I needed it most. And especially to my dad for carting my ass around to every dentist appointment, grocery store, and everywhere in between for the past year, and everyone else that gave me a ride along the way. I couldnt have survived without you.
