Watched The Big Bang Theory tonight and the scene about turbulence reminded me of a trip to San Fransisco. We hit some pretty rough air and everybody was visibly shaken, even the steward who said he had never seen anything like it. Most of my flying has been in small planes and a bumpy ride doesnt bother me that much. There was an old lady sitting across the a aisle from me who noticed I was fairly calm. She asked me, do you think theyll get the plane down? I answered, well, they havent left one up here yet. She didnt want to talk to me anymore.
