Watching Iyanla: fix my life on OWN, healing in Ferguson. We have to have a plan and a solution. We have to articulate what we want. Pause, Plan and Participate in peaceful demonstratios. We have to tell our stories in order to be heard. I am so thankful that she went on the front line there to try and find some answers. What is happening is not right and we as African Americans must continue to take a stand. We must come out of the box but we should not be afraid. The police chief in Ferguson said , there is a trust issue and he did not know that. If you Don talk to me, how can I trust you. That issue is everywhere cause we are afraid to tell our story. We are afraid to talk to each other.we have got to have peace. As we approach a changing of the guards in Bradley County on September 1st, I pray for peace for us all. I hope that the new officials will make a positive change. In my opinion, Police should Protect and Serve and not Serve to Intimidate. We have got to continue to reach out to our young people. Dont be afraid to tell them whats right. It takes a village to raise a child. Lets dont forget our villages. God is a God of us all.
